Our outstanding DHSMV-approved online courses can be completed anytime, on any computer. 2. What is this new comedy booklet course I keep hearing about?
We present to you the first 4-hour Basic Driver Improvement booklet course ever approved by the Florida DHSMV. Our "Traffic School Book" is convenient, entertaining, and easy-to-read, with great illustrations and interesting photographs. The best part is that you won't have to commit to a huge block of time or be trapped in front of a computer monitor. You can take the booklet with you and study whenever you want. How easy is that!?

3. What can you tell me about the new booklet course?
You simply call our toll-free number or login to our website at the beginning and end of each chapter. We'll make sure you've fulfilled your time requirements and ask you a validation question to ensure that you've read the chapter. After you read the materials and pass the final exam, we'll send you a completion certificate to present to court officials. The whole process is straightforward and painless!

4. Can I get some more information on your video course?
We proudly offer our brand new, DHSMV-approved 4-hour BDI video/DVD course. This product marks the debut of not one, but six traffic safety professionals: Morty Motormouth, Chef Francois Fenderbender, Statistician Stan Stanley, Leonardo DeVehicle, Dr. Eric von Drivenheimer, and Henry Wadsworth Longfender -- an awesome lineup of comedic characters who make sure those four hours will fly by! It is, without a doubt, the funniest traffic course on the market today -- guaranteed!

5. Why should I go to traffic school?
Sometimes you are ordered to attend traffic school by a court of law. Often, completion of one of our courses will remove a ticket -- and the points that may be assessed as a result of it -- from your official driving record. Other reasons to attend traffic school are: to become a more responsible driver; to fulfill part of the penalty for a drinking and driving infraction; to lower your chances of being involved in a collision; and to decrease your chances of getting a ticket. Some insurance companies even give discounts for the successful completion of a traffic school course.

6. How long will it take to get my completion certificate?
Our staff will email you a secure copy of your certificate within 1 business day of your completion. (Please remember that your completion must be processed and reported to the DHSMV/Clerk of Court before an email can be generated, and this can take up to 24 hours. Students who complete a program after 3pm will receive an emailed certificate the following day; students who complete a program after 3pm on a Friday, or on a holiday, will receive their email the following business day.) If you haven't received your emailed certificate by the second business day following your completion, please check your spam folder and, if you don't find it there, contact our customer service department for assistance.

(Note: in a few instances, the course you are taking may have instructions that are slightly different from these. But don't worry -- clear, easy-to-follow instructions are provided when you sign up for the course. And if you ever have a question, we're here to help!)

7. How much is the course?
Regrettably, there is a small cost for traffic school courses. Tuition varies depending on the program in which you enroll, but it will always cover all of the elements of a course -- including immediate access to the website (if appropriate) and the regular processing of your traffic school completion certificate. Florida traffic schools are privately operated businesses; whether you sit in a class or choose an online program, you will need to pay a similar fee. The difference is, our courses are low cost, convenient, and fun! And we have the friendliest service and support in the industry!

11. Can I use someone else's computer or Internet service for the online course?
That's one advantage to our Internet course! You can take the course from home, work, a friend's house, your local library, or you can even rent time on the Internet at a copy center or cyber cafe. All you need is a computer with access to the World Wide Web (that's a fancy term for Internet). You can also start on your own computer and finish on another.

12. Must I complete a homestudy course in one sitting?
No, take as long as you want to finish any of our courses. You may do one section after another if you wish, but most of our students read at their leisure -- maybe a section or two a day. Fit the course into your busy schedule -- whatever works for you.

13. What if I don't have an email address?
An email address is not required to take any of our courses. Any correspondence can be printed directly from your web browswer or be exchanged via mail or telephone. However, providing us with an email address will allow you quickly and easily to receive course correspondence, as well as important safety and legislative updates in the future. You may use a friend's email address if you wish. Please call us at 800-998-8533 with any questions.

14. I have already enrolled. How do I get back into the online program?
If you have already enrolled in a booklet or Internet course, you may re-enter our site via the home page as many times as necessary to access and complete the program. If you have forgotten or lost your username or password (if applicable), give us a call at 800-998-8533 during normal business hours or email us at info@funnyinflorida.com. Emails are usually answered within 1 business day during normal business hours. If for any reason, we don't answer your request, just give us a call.

15.

I got kicked offline while I was on the course. What do I do now?
Internet users are occasionally kicked offline. This may result from a lost Internet connection or even a dreaded computer crash. Remember, as you complete each section of the course, your progress is logged. Being knocked offline will only bring you back to the start of the current chapter; it will not delete the previous chapter(s). We can't control your Internet connection, and inactivity on your part will not result in our system signing you out for security reasons.

16. Why does AOL keep knocking me offline??
If AOL is your Internet service provider, you will have activity requirements while online. Some of the longer sections require more reading and there is a chance AOL will knock you offline because of inactivity. Do not leave the screen alone for any great length of time -- remain interactive with the software. Or, if you are afraid you'll have problems online, our booklet or Video/DVD courses might be great options for you.

17.

Do you require a special computer or downloads to participate in an online course?
Our courses have no videos to download and no special hardware requirements. If you are on this screen on our website, you typically can enroll and complete the course without a problem.

18. What's the best browser to use to view your site?
For the best access to our website, we recommend using either Microsoft's Internet Explorer (the browser is free and downloadable from www.microsoft.com) or Mozilla's Firefox (also free and downloadable from www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/).

19. Why take a comedy traffic school course?
Educational experts make a big fuss about using humor to "capture and hold attention" and "facilitate information retention." But, let's face it, you're really on our site because you want to have a GREAT TIME while you complete your traffic school course. We'll keep you entertained, and the time will fly by as our hilarious course has you laughing while you learn. We know that you could take any old traffic safety course--but you want the one that you can "cruise" through, not one that "drives" you crazy!

21. Do you have a refund policy?
It's important to us that you have a great educational experience and are satisfied with your purchase. Please contact our customer service team for technical assistance or with any other questions or concerns that you may have about the course or your paperwork.

In most cases, students who have not attempted a final exam, or who have not been issued a certification of completion or had their completion reported to regulatory authorities, may be eligible for a refund. Please contact customer service by phone or email for further details or to make a refund request.
